GENERAL NORMS AND GUIDLINES
  • 1) The applicant Institute must be owned and run by a Society/Trust/Company /proprietorship firm lawfully registered
  • 2) If the institute fails to produce documentary evidence of fulfillment of the norms laid down by the MP Con Limited and on this basis the application is rejected then affiliation and inspection fee is non refundable.
  • 3) The premises may be owned or hired. Classrooms, library, reading room, faculty rooms, laboratories, etc should be appropriately furnished.
  • 4) Institute should properly maintain separate attendance registers for faculty and students.These must be available at the time of inspection.
  • 5) MP Con Limited will provide important notifications, guidelines and instructional materials through MPCEC's website I e-mail so the Training Center must have an active internet connection and e-mail address.
  • 6) The MP Con Limited reserves the right to modify these norms from time to time under intimation to the Training center.
  • 7) Training centers are expected to strictly follow these norms and comply with the instructions issued by the MP Con Limited with regard to these norms from time to time.
  • 8) Training centers are bound to share all relevant information with regard to the MP Con Limited courses with the students admitted for such courses.
  • 9) The Managing Director may relax the norms in individual cases of rejection of application for reasons to be recorded in writing.
  • 10) FRANCHISING/SUB -LETTING PROHIBITED: The MP Con Limited does not permit its Associate Training centers to do franchising or sub-letting of its courses to other Institutes.
  • 11) No Training centers should issue any certificate/mark sheet using the name and/or logo of the MP Con limited or on behalf of the MP Con limited.
  • 12) Training center will maintain confidentially and security of student data.
  • 13) Training center will not misuse the student data/record for other purpose.
  • 14) NORMS REGARDING FEES:
    • i) The Training center should inform the MP Con about the fees structure it is adopting for the course.
    • ii) Students registration fees, tuition fees share and examination fees remains the same even if the study centers is charging lower fees.
    • iii) The study centers should clearly spell out the various heads under which it is charging fees from the students and should invariably issue a printed receipt in its own name after realizing such fee from a student.
  • 15) MONITORING:
    • i) Training center will send photograph of classroom on every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
    • ii) Training Center will upload attendance sheet on portal or send by Email or post to MP Con Limited
    • iii) Officials of MP Con Limited may visit study center at any time.
  • 16) OTHER STATUTORY PROVISION:
    • 1) All communications should be addressed to the Managing Director of the MP Con Limited with regard to the association scheme.
    • 2) All associated Training Centers should compulsorily display a copy of the association letter and renewal letterIcertificate at a prominent place/ on notice board for information to all. Relevant information for students must also be displayed on the notice board
    • 3) All the members of society or authority shall be jointly and severally responsible for any omission or commission on the part of the Training Centers.
    • 4) Academic records of students must always be maintained on a day to-day basis. This record may include attendance, classes completed, practical completed, class tests, assignments, viva, field visits, Project work etc.
  • 17) ARBITRATION: Every dispute, difference of question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out or in respect of this arrangement or the subject matter thereof (except in matters the decision whereof has been specifically provided above) shall be referred to the arbitration of an arbitrator appointed by the Managing Director of the MP Con Limited, whose decision shall be final and binding on both the parties . In case of the transfer or demise of the arbitrator, his successor in office shall continue the process from the point where his predecessor left it.
  • 18) JURISDICTION: The Jurisdiction, in case of any cause of action, shall be limited to the Bhopal District Court only.
